For us to help our customers to succeed we need support from our suppliers. We evaluate and prioritize long-term and developing supplier relationships where we together build the foundation for good cooperation.
With current production rate we buy nearly 70 000 tons of aluminium raw materials a year for recycling in our facility in Älmhult, Sweden. To a large extent the raw materials are supplied by recycling companies in the Stena Metall Group, a collaboration which is very important for our sourcing of raw materials. We also work with external suppliers in Sweden and in Europe and we are interested in establishing new sources for raw materials.
In close cooperation with the other companies in the Stena Metall Group we also procure other indirect materials and supplies.
